A tropical cocktail that captures the absurd adventure of being lost in space.

Inspired by: Galaxy Quest

    Ingredients

  • 1 oz rum
  • 1 oz banana liqueur
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • Slice of pineapple for garnish

    Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
  3. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
