Szechuan Sauce Sour
A tangy and spicy cocktail inspired by the infamous Szechuan sauce.

- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Szechuan peppercorn syrup
- 1 egg white
- Lemon twist for garnish
Ingredients
- In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, Szechuan peppercorn syrup, and egg white.
- Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon and serve.
