    Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 1 oz crème de menthe
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • Fresh mint for garnish

    Preparation

  1. Combine rum, crème de menthe, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
