Shamrock Sour
A frothy and fresh cocktail with a hint of green for St. Patrick's Day.
Inspired by: St.-Patrick's-Day
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Green food coloring
Ingredients
- In a shaker, combine Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and a drop of green food coloring.
- Dry shake (without ice) to froth the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
