Horizon

A unique cocktail featuring Zubrowka vodka.

    Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 1½ measures Zubrowka Vodka
  • ½ measure Xante pear liqueur
  • 1 measure pressed apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon passion fruit liqueur
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • pared lemon rind
  • to decorate

    Preparation

  1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
  3. Fine or double strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  4. Decorate with pared lemon rind and serve.
