
Japanese Maple
A shaken whiskey cocktail with maple syrup, lemon juice and egg white.
- ½ fresh egg white
- 15 millilitres maple syrup
- 22 millilitres lemon juice
- 52 millilitres Japanese whisky
Ingredients
- Dry shake ingredients.
- Shake again with ice and strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish using Angostura mist.
