Japanese Maple

A shaken whiskey cocktail with maple syrup, lemon juice and egg white.

    Ingredients

  • ½ fresh egg white
  • 15 millilitres maple syrup
  • 22 millilitres lemon juice
  • 52 millilitres Japanese whisky

    Preparation

  1. Dry shake ingredients.
  2. Shake again with ice and strain into chilled glass.
  3. Garnish using Angostura mist.
