
Japanese Cocktail
A classic brandy-based cocktail with almond and bitters.
- 2fl oz/60ml brandy
- 2 dashes Boker’s bitters
- 4 tsp orgeat syrup
- ice cubes
- lemon zest twist
Ingredients
- Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
