Virgin Irish Coffee

A delicious non-alcoholic twist on the classic Irish coffee, perfect for warming up on a chilly day.

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

    Preparation

  1. Brew a cup of strong coffee.
  2. In a large mug, mix the brewed coffee with brown sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add vanilla extract and stir well.
  4. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
