
Rhubarb and Fennel Fizz
A unique mix of herbal and citrus flavors.
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz rhubarb syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz fennel liqueur
- Soda water
- Fennel fronds for garnish
Ingredients
- Shake gin
- rhubarb syrup
- lemon juice
- and fennel liqueur with ice.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with fennel fronds.
