Nojito

A refreshing non-alcoholic version of the classic Mojito, perfect for hot days.

    Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lime juice
  • Sugar or simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes

    Preparation

  1. In a glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and sugar until the leaves release their oils.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Top off with club soda and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge if desired.
